Returns & Refunds
I strive to provide the freshest and most beautiful floral arrangements for your special events. Please note that all sales are final. However, I offer a cancellation window: cancellations can be made up to 3 weeks before your event date. This policy is in place because all flowers and hard goods are carefully ordered at least 2 weeks before the required date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any cancellations after this 3-week mark. Thank you for understanding and allowing us to be a part of your memorable moments!
Delivery
Garden Grace Bloom currently offers delivery exclusively to St. Louis and its nearby towns. A delivery fee of $10 applies, and all deliveries are arranged for either the day before or the day of the event. Pickups of containers and vases will be coordinated at time of order.
